We engaged Nina to support development for our tier three leaders in strategic thinking. As a smaller organisation all of our managers are involved in delivering front line services so developing strategic thinking is an important aspect of our people strategy and developing organisational leaders of the future. Nina’s workshop was so useful and received superb feedback. Our managers were supported to think differently about the challenges we face and possible solutions and given practical advice about how to take strategic thinking into their day-to-day roles.
