Nina Field is a business psychologist who specialises in developing strategic thinking in mid-senior and senior managers, leaders, specialists and teams.​

In this session, Nina will delve into what makes strategic thinking such a critical skill for professionals and leadership teams, and what can make it seem so tricky to grasp, develop and master. She will also answer the question “Can it be developed?” and break down how.
